Independent homes, apartments and multiple floors
One unit is specified for up to 2,000 sq ft carpet area. Above that or across multiple floors, we specify two units; we’ll confirm sizing and distribution with you. A stairwell is not a substitute for assessing airflow on each occupied floor.
Closed bedrooms need suitable transfer paths. We check the proposed intake against kitchen, bathroom, parking and generator exhausts. A high floor or a planted balcony does not by itself prove suitable intake air.
Agree the finish before installation
A standard installation needs an external position, a 10-inch opening, a nearby 6A power point and safe filter access. The supply duct ends at an indoor diffuser. Show the team the wall, glazing and any access restrictions before agreeing the work.
Toughened glass requires a specialist replacement pane with the opening prepared before tempering. Protected architecture and rented properties may need additional permissions. Confirm the proposed route with the owner and building management; approval cannot be guaranteed.
The installation is standalone with its own intake and supply path. HVAC integration is not currently offered. Exposed positions may need a cover; glazing and non-standard electrical work should be identified in the quote.
Plan for pollution and weather
Check Delhi outdoor air quality and measure the rooms you occupy. Local readings vary with the time, weather and nearby sources; a city station is not a measurement inside your home.
H13 filtration addresses incoming particles. It does not remove every gas, cool the home or control humidity. Outdoor-air supply adds a heating, cooling or moisture load depending on conditions. Keep required source exhaust in operation and assess the airflow with it running.
Performance, pricing and care

The standard installed unit costs ₹82,600. Annual care is ₹14,750. Taken together with the system and the monitor, the three come to ₹99,999 instead of ₹1,01,350. The optional AQI/PM2.5 monitor costs ₹4,000 and does not measure CO₂. See full pricing.
Clean the washable pre-filter every 7–10 days. The care plan replaces one H13 panel on rotation about every 45 days during October–February, with longer intervals based on pollution load during the rest of the year. H13 panels must not be washed.

FAQ for Delhi residents
Will a fresh air system help during stubble burning season?
This is when it helps most. Outdoor AQI during late October and November regularly crosses 400 and occasionally 600. Run the system at a higher speed through these weeks and indoor air stays in the clean band — the same before-and-after we measure at installs across Delhi NCR.
I live in a heritage bungalow — can you install without damaging architecture?
Yes. We’ve worked in heritage properties in Defence Colony, Friends Colony, and Jor Bagh. Install locations are often utility walls or back-of-house areas invisible from living spaces. The exterior diffuser is discrete and can be painted to match the wall.
Do you handle society approvals?
We provide installation drawings and specs for RWA approval. The approval process itself is the customer’s responsibility, but our drawings have been accepted in ~100% of Delhi societies we’ve worked with.
I live on the 10th floor — does the install work?
Absolutely. Higher-floor installs tend to have cleaner intake air (especially above the street-level dust layer). The installation method is the same; we’ll confirm window/wall access with you.
