aqi0 builds and installs whole-home air purifiers — technically, positive-pressure fresh air systems — for homes across Delhi NCR. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
Who we are
aqi0 is based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and installs across Delhi NCR. aqi0 is the brand of Aqizero Private Limited, currently being incorporated in India; until incorporation is complete the aqi0 team named below is responsible for the data described here.

What we collect, and why
When you enquire
If you fill in a form on this site or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, location or society, the type of space you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field.
We use this to reply to you, send you our information pack, arrange a pre-installation visit, and keep a record of the conversation so that whoever picks it up next knows what was already discussed. Submitting the form creates a record in our customer system.
When you message us on WhatsApp
Messages you send to our WhatsApp business number are delivered through a third-party messaging provider and stored so our team can respond and refer back to the thread. Treat WhatsApp as you would any messaging app: do not send us financial account details or identity documents.
When you become a customer
If you buy a system we keep the records needed to install and service it: your installation address, contact details, unit and component details, service and filter-change history, site photographs and air-quality readings taken at the installation, and payment records. We keep these for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes.
If you use an aqi0 Monitor
The aqi0 air-quality monitor measures PM2.5 and AQI inside your home and sends readings to our systems every few minutes so you can see them in the app and so we can support the device. These readings are linked to your account. They describe the air in your home, not you personally, and we do not use them for advertising. Detailed readings are kept for about 90 days; summarised daily figures are kept longer so you can see history across seasons.
Automatically, when you browse this site
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. These collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referring page and similar technical information. The tools currently in use on aqi0.com are:
- Google Analytics — how people find and move through the site
- Microsoft Clarity — aggregated heatmaps and session replays of site usage, which help us see where a page confuses people
- Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and X Pixel — to measure our advertising and show relevant ads
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you using the site, though some measurement will be incomplete.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your contact details with other companies for their own marketing.
- We do not collect more than we need. We do not ask for identity documents, and we have no reason to hold your financial account details.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it:
- our website and application hosting provider
- the WhatsApp business messaging provider that delivers our messages
- email and productivity services
- the analytics and advertising platforms listed above
- payment providers where you pay online
- our installation and service team, who see the details needed to reach and serve you
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Some of these providers operate outside India, so data may be processed abroad under their standard contractual protections.

Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and what we have done with it
- correct or complete anything inaccurate or out of date
- erase data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected
- withdraw consent you previously gave, including for marketing messages
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise a grievance with us first, and you retain the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or tell us in writing. We will still send you messages necessary to service a system you own, such as a filter-change reminder or a visit confirmation.
Security
We restrict access to customer data to the people who need it, hold it on access-controlled servers, and use encrypted connections for this website and our internal tools. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Children
Our systems are sold to households, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Where a family buys a system, the account belongs to the adult who purchased it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to customers directly.
