Zero hidden line items

The two narrow exceptions, called out upfront: toughened-glass cutting (handled by your glass vendor — factory setting required; we can refer one in Manesar) and 6A plug-point extension (if the nearest plug is far from the install location). Both are uncommon, both are transparent.
