Plan the installation for your property

One unit is specified for up to 2,000 sq ft carpet area. Above that or across multiple floors, we specify two units; the assessment confirms sizing and distribution. Closed bedrooms, ceiling height and the route between rooms matter as well as floor area.

We confirm a suitable external mounting position, a 10-inch opening, a nearby 6A power point and safe filter access with you. We agree the visible duct and diffuser position before work starts. The system has its own intake and supply path; HVAC integration is not currently offered.

Openings, glazing and approvals

For a rented property, obtain the owner’s permission and check society requirements. We can provide equipment and installation details; approval remains property-specific. Toughened glass needs a specialist replacement pane with the opening prepared before tempering. It cannot simply be cut on site.

Exposed positions may need a weather cover. Confirm glazing, non-standard electrical work and other exceptions in the written quote. Read the installation scope and performance terms.

Air quality and everyday operation

Check current Gurugram outdoor readings alongside indoor measurements. A nearby station does not measure your intake or bedroom, and conditions vary by time and location.

Incoming air adds outdoor heat and moisture as well as ventilation. aqi0 does not cool or dehumidify the home. Keep necessary cooking and bathroom exhaust in use, and have the airflow assessed with those systems operating.

Costs and care

The standard installed system is ₹82,600. Annual care is ₹14,750. Taken together with the system and the monitor, the three come to ₹99,999 instead of ₹1,01,350. An individual H13 panel is ₹2,200, and the optional AQI/PM2.5 monitor is ₹4,000. CO₂ measurement requires a separate suitable instrument.

The care plan replaces one panel on rotation about every 45 days during October–February, with longer intervals based on pollution load during the rest of the year. Clean the washable pre-filter every 7–10 days; do not wash H13 panels. See pricing and filter care.

FAQ for Gurugram residents

How long does a Gurugram install take?

Typically 4-6 hours on the scheduled day. We confirm layout and sizing with you first. Install within 5-7 days of confirmed order.

Can I install in a rented apartment?

Most societies require RWA/management approval for external wall modifications. We’ve done this many times — we provide the installation drawing and specs. Glass-installs (through existing window glass) are sometimes easier to get approval for than core-cutting.

Does it work in Gurugram’s monsoon?

Yes. The system runs regardless of weather. During monsoon, indoor humidity does rise slightly because the incoming air carries outdoor humidity; most homes with AC handle this. PM2.5 is still elevated in monsoon (rain doesn’t wash PM2.5 — only PM10), so the system still earns its keep.
