- Quote — single-page, all-in pricing including installation, ducting, electrical, grille, and the first filter change. No add-ons.
- Install — single day, typically 4–6 hours. We measure indoor PM2.5 before and after so you see the drop live.
- First filter change free at around day 60 — even before any AMC decision.
