The fan
The EC fan is rated for 40,000 hours.
EC means electronically commutated. The fan is backward-curved and variable speed, and draws about 30 W. Run round the clock, that comes to ₹172.80 per 30 days at ₹8 a unit.
The filter
Three H13 HEPA panels, one behind the other.
H13 is rated to stop at least 99.95% of particles at the size that slips through a filter most easily. Before the air reaches the HEPA panels, a washable pre-filter takes out the coarse dust. The media is Japanese.

The body
We build it ourselves, in Gurugram.
The body is high-grade sheet metal. We design, assemble and test each one in Gurugram, and sell it direct, with no dealers in between. It sits outside, on a balcony or an outer wall, and we agree any weather cover with you.
Installation
We plan the install around your home.
We’ll confirm layout and sizing with you: where the unit sits, the opening, the duct route, the power point and the finish. Installation takes a single day, 4–6 hours. When we finish, we measure the air in the room and note the readings.
Fair, not cheap

Standard installation includes the unit, bracket, duct, diffuser, wiring and the agreed opening. Confirm glazing, weather cover and non-standard electrical work in the quote. Annual care is ₹14,750: one of the three H13 panels replaced on rotation at each service visit, about every 45 days through the peak and at longer intervals the rest of the year. Sign it with the system and 75 days are added to your care plan: it runs 440 days instead of 365, and the extra days cover the first set of filters, which last about 50 days. The system, the aqi0 monitor and a year of care taken together are ₹99,999, against ₹1,01,350 bought one at a time.
The fan is warranted for as long as the care plan runs, up to five years; without a plan it is one year from installation. A failed fan is repaired, or replaced with an equivalent unit that may be new or refurbished.
What we promise, and when
- Results in your rooms. Our performance commitment holds when doors and windows to the outside stay closed, filters are changed on time, each unit serves up to 2,000 sq ft of carpet, and the kitchen exhaust runs while you cook. The full commitment is in our technical note.
- The filters. The H13 rating describes the filter itself, not a reading in a room. HEPA catches particles, not gases; for gases and odours in the incoming air, there is the carbon add-on.
- Running cost. The fan’s running cost is worked out at a steady 30 W. It changes with the fan setting, and does not include any extra heating or cooling.
