We’ll confirm this with you for your layout. As a rule of thumb: one unit covers up to 2,000 sq ft. Multi-floor kothis are usually served per-floor or via a stairwell-zone design; larger homes take two units.
Is it noisy? Our bedrooms are close to the service balcony.
The unit runs at about the sound of a ceiling fan on speed 2 — a background hum you stop noticing. It sits outside the living space, and the EC fan runs at low voltage (4–5V) in normal operation.
What does it cost to run every month?
