One system for the whole kothi — not a purifier in every room. aqi0 is a whole-home air purifier: technically, a positive-pressure fresh air system that pushes H13 HEPA-filtered outdoor air into the home, so every room stays clean and stale air exits through natural gaps.
GK’s housing stock — three- and four-storey kothis, builder floors, the occasional original single-family home — is exactly where room purifiers fall short. A family spread across two floors would need five or six machines, each with its own filters, each cleaning only its own closed room, and none of them touching the CO₂ that builds up in bedrooms overnight. One aqi0 system replaces that patchwork.
Installing in GK homes
- Builder floors (GK-1 & GK-2). The standard install: unit on the rear service balcony or utility area, a 10-inch core cut through the external wall, ducting above the false ceiling to a central point. One day, no visible interior changes.
- Full kothis. Depending on layout, one unit per floor or a single unit with ducting across the stairwell zone — the site survey decides. Homes above 2,500 sq ft typically take two units.
- Glass-front renovations. Where the practical wall is glazed, we install through a glass cut. Toughened glass is cut by your glass vendor (factory setting required — we can refer one); everything else is included.
GK’s air, honestly
Greater Kailash sits between two of South Delhi’s heaviest traffic corridors — the Outer Ring Road and Lala Lajpat Rai Path — and South Delhi’s annual PM2.5 average of 80–110 µg/m³ applies with little relief: PM2.5 stays elevated 9–10 months a year. The M-block market’s evening churn adds a local layer. Closed windows slow the ingress but don’t stop it — fine particles find every gap, and sealing the home traps CO₂ instead.

We have a four-storey kothi — how many units do we need?
The site survey answers this precisely. As a rule of thumb: one unit covers up to 2,000 sq ft. Multi-floor kothis are usually served per-floor or via a stairwell-zone design; larger homes take two units.
Is it noisy? Our bedrooms are close to the service balcony.
The unit runs at about the sound of a ceiling fan on speed 2 — a background hum you stop noticing. It sits outside the living space, and the EC fan runs at low voltage (4–5V) in normal operation.
What does it cost to run every month?
Under ₹170 a month of electricity at ₹8/unit, running 24/7. The fan draws about 30W in normal operation — less than most ceiling fans.
