Whole-Home Air Purifiers in the Gadaipur Farmhouse Belt

The farmhouse air problem, honestly
Distance from the city helps with traffic exhaust, but the regional winter PM2.5 blanket does not respect plot boundaries — November readings in the farmhouse belt track the rest of South Delhi’s, routinely several times the WHO guideline. Add local dust from unpaved lanes and construction, and outdoor air here needs the same filtration as anywhere in NCR.

How many units does a farmhouse need?
One unit per ~2,000 sq ft of conditioned space is the working rule. A typical farmhouse with a 3,000–4,000 sq ft living footprint takes two units, zoned by wing. The site survey gives you the exact count before you commit.
We run air conditioning through ducted AHUs — does this conflict?
No. The fresh air system runs alongside your HVAC: it supplies filtered outdoor air and maintains positive pressure, while your AC handles temperature. In summer the added load on the AC is minimal.
Doors open constantly — staff, deliveries, kids. Does the system still work?
This is exactly what positive pressure is for. Because the home sits at slightly higher pressure than outside, air flows out — not in — when a door opens. The system rebuilds pressure within minutes of the door closing, without any action from you.
